This is a picture of a rose that I took when I traveled to this Park of Rose near Columbus. It was taken about noon-ish when a friend and I decided to go photograph whatever we could find. It was taken in August of 2009 with my Sony a200. It was taken with an ISO of 100 with the aperture at f/5.6 at a shutter speed of 1/160 of a second. It was taken with my 75-300mm lens at about 230mm.
The main adjustment that I made to this photo was brightening the red of the petals and blurry out the background. I would put this photo in my Top Ten favorite of that summer.
